To refund a transaction, the transaction has to fulfill some conditions:
- The transaction has to be debit or capture
- The status of a transaction has to be success or pending
- The transaction must not be charged back or fully refunded
- The connector should have a refund option integrated

Normally if your Account has the permission you should be able to see a "Refund Transaction" button.
