Refunding via Merchant Portal

To refund a transaction, the transaction has to fulfill some conditions:

  • The transaction has to be debit or capture
  • The status of a transaction has to be success or pending
  • The transaction must not be charged back or fully refunded
  • The connector should have a refund option integrated

Normally if your Account has the permission you should be able to see a "Refund Transaction" button.
