We would like to inform you that merchants using AllSecure OPEN solution can now benefit from a new and enhanced endpoint for their connection to the OPEN Payments Gateway. This new endpoint provides significantly quicker failovers between our data centers and will become our strategic customer endpoint going forward.
Merchants are strongly encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible to benefit from the stability improvements offered. Kindly check the attached file for the guidelines on how to upgrade.
Current endpoints will remain available for an extended period to give merchants sufficient time to perform this upgrade; we will ensure to provide a further notification with a significant notice period before older endpoints are disabled.
Please be aware that all new onboardings are expected to use this new endpoint. AllSecure OPEN documentation on our developer portal has been updated to assist with both onboardings for new merchants and endpoint migrations for existing customers.
