Procedure for accessing the merchant portal after password reset

If your username is locked as a result of 3 unsuccessful attempts to login to the Merchant Portal, it is enough to send an email to [email protected] and your password will be reset as soon as possible. Immediately afterwards, a message sent by the system with information about the temporary password will arrive at your email address (which is also your username). The login procedure after password reset continues as follows:


  1. In your browser, you enter the unique link for entering the portal that you received immediately after the transition to production. By default, the link is in the format: https://allsecure.ctpe.info/ .
  2. On the displayed page, enter your email address in the "Username" field, and in the "Password" field, enter the temporary password you received in the email message.
  3. For security reasons, the system will ask you to enter your new password. Please pay attention to the password policy (below of the page). You also need to select a security question and answer.
  4. After pressing the button, you will be logged in with your new password.

The merchant portal access password policy is defined by established industry standards to ensure a high level of security. The policy is defined as follows:

  1. The password must contain at least 8 characters and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
  2. The password must not be longer than 24 characters.
  3. The password must be changed at least every six weeks. If you do not do so, the system will require you to do so every six weeks.
  4. Your new password should be different from your old passwords.

We suggest that you change your password yourself and more often than necessary every six weeks, and in case you are locked out again, we will have no problem resetting your password.
